I've been HOME for one whole month....
I can't believe how fast the time has flown by! I always feel the need to live so much life in the few short weeks that I'm home, and it's finally catching up with me. Saying I'm exhausted would be a massive understatement. However, I do love being busy. Being busy distracts me from how much I miss my husband, so I guess that is my solace.
I've been able to see my family, my closest friends, take up to four yoga classes a week, and I've been eating/reviewing all the neat restaurants I've tried here.
It's incredibly bittersweet because I have a spectacular time doing ____________ (anything really!), and once life quiets down, all I can seem to think about is the expiration date of my visit. It haunts me everywhere I go and every time I look at my calendar. It looms over me like the plague, and the thought of leaving home soon is absolutely devastating. Havingadmitted said that, I'm so excited for the next chapter of our life in yet another new country. But, for the time being, I'm only going to focus on savoring every single precious moment I have here with my loved ones because life is too short and oh so sweet.....
